The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

First page indicates more information right away - not a flood of phone calls.
It was very easy to understand. The questions were simple to answer.
Is it is out about the house the house you have to be perfect. In family to the family's happy I'm happy
So far it's good. This will be my first time trying to purchase the home.
Very good to hear from you guys and see how you are doing
I have dealt with Rocket Mortgage before and the guy I spoke with was a jerk. Rocket Mortgage was decent to me before. Rocket Mortgage always wants you to have at least $5,000 saved before they will even consider you for a mortgage. The jerk I spoke with today tried to lie to me about this. I hope Rocket Mortgage leaves me alone from now on.
I have not been given a rate. Without that I will not answer any calls.
Doesn't show rates, it advertises very low rates then you have to sign up to see the higher rates, total scam
I was expecting to see rates not wait for people to solicit me.
You offer rates, but actually all you offer is a phone call. The usual game. Bait the hook, then once hooked start the reeling in.
Too much immediate contact as I submitted my request. I just want to see estimated numbers... not dozens of immediate calls
Don't like phone calls. Will do emails only. Probably scam just to get info for phone calls.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
