This site asks for your information to tell you what rates are available. Very misleading that you end up with a reply that tells you all of these lenders are now going to contact you. That should be disclosed upfront.

Just waiting to see what happens. It a reverse mortgage in foreclosure I filed bankruptcy the original mortgage is in my late mother's name.
It could be more self explanatory bc it's all over the place just got
Bankrate at least gives you rates. Your service does nothing.
I'm not trying to get a refinance, the only thing that I would need is a positive way to keep my mortgage payment of $727.87 for the duration of the mortgage, not $998.87.
I'm not sure about the money that I could use, if I can get it done and in my account before Thursday, then my experience would be a good one.
