The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Am trying to understand this first time I learned of you
Just typical advertisement for a bunch of lenders that paid for a lead. The ad mentions save up to $350 per month through a government program. After I filled in all my info guess what appears? A list of lenders with no mention of the program. In a matter of seconds I will be getting emails and texts from all of them.
If possible I would leave a negative amount of stars. I want off this freaking email list. I don't and never will want your services yet you make it impossible to unsubscribe. Even though I never subscribed in the first place. Please stop the emails and leave me alone.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
