The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Same as all ads, want to see how much to refinance, then get routed to other lenders have to answer same questions again
"Fed Stimulus Pays Off Your Mortgage If You Have No Missed Payments"
These advertisements are misleading and predatory. The copy in the advertisement then specify the The Flex Modification program (FMP) which does not payoff loans, and applies to people under financial hardship, NOT people that never miss a payment.
I would not borrow a dime from a company that essentially does a bait and switch with their advertisements. I believe these dishonest advertisements should be banned and all companies engaging in these practices fined.
I want to see the rates not have my information farmed out to 12 people
I want to see rates without being hassled on the phone. My phone started ringing IMMEDIATELY! 1 star. Not impressed.
All the lenders that call want you to go through the full application before they give you the current rates. I know it's not just the rate that matters but it's my starting point. I need to know what the rates are before I proceed.
Go away…leave me alone with your crap …you are a. Pest stick it up your $#*! jerk
Go away …way away

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
