The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far okay, but I don't like giving my phone. NO calls please
Fast service respond a lot of lenders to check on..
Don't like leaving phone#. Do not want sales or Customer service calls. Just reeadable info I applied for. I have a 2.66% rate. Nobody so far has been able to beat it. 15 to 30 minute conversation cost you and me when a 3 to 5 minute email will do just fine.
I see offers from mortgage all the time. This offer may work for someone who is trying a get an equity or others. Otherwise it is a standard marketing ploy. Rocket mortgage already told me we are currently in a good spot and there is nothing they can do better.
This is a scam to get your info. Nothing to do with government savings. Sham on you
I wanted to see a rate. Not get bombarded by phone calls.
Did not expect phone call before I completed the request
I would like to receive more information before I give a honest answer about my experience.
Just like everyone else a rip off. Bait and switch. You might as well be a telemarketer
Just trying to win PCH sweepstakes. That is why I am doing this.
I expected to see rates and all I saw were links to lenders and a message they will call right away. If I wanted to talk to 20 different lenders I would have called them directly.
This was easy and quick to see what you can qualify for
The process was simple and Easy as well as its very User friendly to the consumer in terms of Interface, now, whas stopping this review from being ten fold satifactory is havin git not be too good to be true situation, and I drop ten fold frowny faces as well as ten fold stars. So to be fair as of right now " :| "
Why not show the rates without talking to an agent and wasting our time.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
