The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Duplication of data requested makes the process boring. If all the lenders could receive the SAME data with each agency I would receive same data with fewer order entry errors.
The website did not provide the proper response via showing what the lender had to offer.
I literally received a call before I was done! Give someone time to breathe.
IF Lendgo is going to be my mortgage company then i like it fine--if you are passing me off to someone else then i do not like so much!
So far it is good but let's go a little farther to find out for sure!
Nothing spectacular just going with the flow

It's so so... I haven't really gotten a chance to talk to anyone or move forward in any way... I'll get emails that literally say "open up to see offers" then saying "odessa have 4 mortgage offers, see them side by side and compare but do so now before spikes" followed by a link in the same sentence so acts very personal but when I click what happens? I only, EVER, EVERYTIME get brought to the sign up page where I have to REENTER my info for the 18th time, 100% generic... not for me and with NO ACTUAL offers getting my hopes COMPLETELY UP & SAD & FRUSTRATED BULLPUCKIE
Fast, giving options. Didn't let you know about Lenders calling you after giving your info? Didn't like that part!
I just need a home I am trying to get in the morning is good experience
No answers from Lendgo - just you mining for info and not meeting the lead-on about seeing "how much I can save." I will not recommend to others. The two links that will now pester the heck out of me are nothing exciting nor someone new to me. Regrets, but you do not live up to your come-on. But not a scam, either. Just gathering and selling my info to qualified lenders.
From this company. Good so far.
Hopefully it's for real. Been played before single my spouse passed with lung cancer and we had to refinance our home.
This is always a spam! Why input personal info like my phone number and email address? I don't like anyone calling me! I will prefer making my choice by reading up the offers and I go from there.
The computer will make using my computer easier to use.
Rather NOT be called! & then I was checking one thing then it switched to buying a house!? Not Interested... sorry
Same system as many other sites offering the same lenders.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
