The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I really need help my wife wants a divorce and I want to keep our home
Rates on website and not phone calls would be amazing.

You promised rates but you only recommended lenders. Your advertised 2 3/8 percent mortgage loan is the only thing I'm interested in. All these referred lenders will ask all the same questions I just answered. Why is it so hard to be straightforward and follow through on what you say you're offering? Is there an honest, morally conscious person left in mortgage financing?
At the time of answering your questions, i didn't knew that u'll connect me to a mortgage broker, i don't nd any assistance from any broker, because i have one already, so u gave me unrequested help, & i even don't appreciate your help
Nothing to add. Just looking to refinance with a lower rate and do some remodeling
Nothing about the 350 govt program, this was a scam to just submit you to various lenders
As long as I don't get "buried" in phone calls, good.
I got called in 3 seconds with no time to review the lenders. No spam calls?
If this is a loan agency please do not contact me anymore please remove my name from this list I thought it was pertaining to something else no thank you I don't want any
You said no spam and I was littered with spam. Will never send anyone to you
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
