The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I do not like having to give out my phone number. I would rather reach out by email, or call if I like the offers sent to my email.
No rates given. Add says 3.75%. All i get are phone calls
You ask for to much info and then we start getting annoying
Phone calls. We are just looking right now and wanted to know how much we could get at what rate.
I only wanted to see the rates available - I am not ready to talk to anyone. Callers are relentless. I will contact someone when I am ready. Had to turn off my phone.
No way to see rates without being bombarded with calls
I only got names of mortgage companies not an estimated savings. Clickbait!
Terrible services. Just another way to collect data with misleading tricks
Rate range was not shown after inputting property details and credit range.
Total waste of time. All it did was provided me with two lenders and no specific rate information.
You're doing well for the short term we're working
I don't want to be inundated with calls/texts/emails and it started before this was finished. There was no info about rates when I finished!
Having a hard time finding a new property that we can afford.
Fine so far but all I did was answer a few questions so we will see.
Want online info not badgering by motivated salesmen.
I would prefer to given my possible re-finance percentage rate along with the lender recommendations, rather than having to be contacted by a million lenders.
It seems like it could workout as a legit money saving improve credit experience
It was very quick. The results showed up in a matter seconds.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
