The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I'm really hoping you can help me because I need new frinces to heat my home mine went out
And no one will help me get a new one plus I need try get a front porch back on as well and my roof done as well no luck with help
I was looking to see how much I could possibly get, not receive a bunch of phone calls….
You advertise 1.99%. Everyone one of your recommendations say "ain't no way even via by down".
Quick but email not working for some reason. Pls send message not email.
Should not advertise quote! Then have so many people call me
Experiece ok. Just don't like that once give phone number get bombarded with calls. Rather have estimates online as ad suggests.
Yup, it was too good to be true - now I'm going to be beseiged by lenders, when it seemed as though there was a program available that I might be eligible for, that you could inform me about, and I could choose whether or not to apply. Dumb on my part!
Bull crap - just need rate
Not sales people calling
Cool. So I enter a bunch of information to "see how much a refinance could save you!" (your words), but instead I just get added to a bunch of phone list for robocallers, one of which called me within 1 minute of entering my information here. I wanted to SEE NUMBERS, even if they were just an estimate, which is what your verbiage implied I was gonna get. Instead, just spam bull$#*!. Thankfully I used a dump phone number. But wow. $#*! off.
I wanted to see some real numbers. I'm not ready to start talking to people until I have real data in front of me and this did not help at all other than to get me spam phone calls from people I'm not ready to talk to. This was a typical bait and switch in that you offered to show me what I can save and instead gave my phone number to people who paid you to generate leads for them.
I have all my information to ultimately get nothing if what was advertised! 1 star
In my 15 years working with a very experienced Chief-Judge here in Washington, I developed and sharpened my legal experience in the federal courts' proceedings. I filed and registered legal Briefs with both U.S. District courts (in the NW) and U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (in San Francisco, Calif.)... Now in my retirement, I believe that my legal arguments in my large Briefs to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will remain a force of a constitution magnitude to our federal court system here in the Northwest USA. In my briefs I argued mainly the U.S. Constitution and its legal cases by the U.S. Supreme Court.
I do not want multiple lenders contacting me. I thought this was to shop rates and now I'll have to screen multiple lenders.
Ok it looks like something that i would like to learn more about
You are con artist. You are not the lenders. You $#*!ing sell these leads. You are Mother $#*!ers misleading the public and committing fraud
Good news good rates, quick to help. I recommend them
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
