The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Would prefer more general info before getting attacked by specific lenders … whoever changes this model will have greater success
No mention of type of loans (conventional or bank statement) or other qualification considerations.
So far if I could consolidate credit cards and clear them out of the way and lower the interest rate on the home I would be absolutely thrilled the home has less than 36,000 owed on it so if I could borrow 5000 to 6000 would pay off all credit cards and leave me with the house payment and the utilities we have no car payments so that would pretty well put us in good standing and keeping our credit good and helping to get through this crisis of the pandemic most of what we have been going through is we are one of those that fall and what they call the donut hole we make a little too much for assistance and housing or anything else so we have no other way of doing anything except for
Bated me into giving information for third party lenders
Easy to fill out the application, we shall see if I get to refinance though.
I didn't want to have my phone ringing off the hook. I wanted to just look at options I didn't want to talk to anyone. If I wanted to talk to someone I would have called you. Just like shopping online for a stove I don't need some one to call me and tell me which stove to buy I would go into the store for that.
Ijust wanted online help not a phone call as soon as my phone number was entered
Good check to see if your company are a justice company?
There were no rates provided just random numbers for other companies not helpful at all
I wanted to calculate what new payment would be like ad said, not get a bunch of calls
Lendgo showed me rates that were half of the average daily rate found with a quick google search. I was curious so I filled out the info only to be shown lenders with no rates. I'm sure that I will now be bombarded with emails and calls. The old saying holds true…"if it looks too good to be true, it probably is." Shame on me, I guess.
So far so good we will see how good you are when you get the loan for me and in my hand
Short and sweeet but would I actually qualify for a cash out refi at a lower rate and reduced payment?
Wanted to see rates, not just a bunch of lenders with no rates and I have to speak with each of them, I could have obtained this information with out going on your site?
I need some money now o ok Lisa price i was homeless to buy some
I would like to see loan possibilities without being inundated with phone calls.
So far I've had a good experience! We will see how it goes frome here on out!
Not yet still searching. Comments at a later time after comparing
I thought I was gonna get a quote from you. Not being farmed out to other lenders.
I would've kept stepping.
This doesn't tell u $#*!. It opens you up to a $#*!ing bu ch of calls.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
