The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very fast service, so far so good. I'll know more later.
The Site is easy to navigate and helpful.
I'm just getting started, but so far it seems pretty easy. I have a Mobile Home.
The last thing I want is a bunch of lenders calling me. I assumed from your message it was you offering those rates. I was a licensed broker in WI and can shop rates. Im gold bond, owned 27 different properties and your 15 yr rate interests me. If they can't honor it or require lots of additional costs I'm going to be very disgruntled.
It was a nice experience I need to know that I get approved
I just wanted information on refi rates I didn't have to want to go through all this rigmaroo to get it
Hoping I get approved and can receive soon. Very fast at letting me know a lender.
Good information on what to do however I need to work on Roberts credit due to inaccurate credit reports
I just want to see what interest rates are without being hounded by lenders when I'm still in the browsing stage.
Need more training with program!
Then it will be good for me….
So far its been fine. But hesitant when it comes off internet
I would rather investigate these potential lenders before they start calling me.
Access to your product should be automatic and I not be polled for my personal information. If a person wants your product after seeing what you have to offer, they will call you. Some people work at night and phone calls during the day is disruptive and unwanted.
Do not have any mortgage so should get more cash out.
You say you value my privacy but before I even get to the results I had three phone calls and one text. Misleading and dishonest.
Didn't want to be bombard with a ton of phone calls, your site made it sound like i would be given estimates and then I could call the lenders. Thanks alot, now I will be getting a ton of unwanted phone calls.
We no longer have a mortgage or loans on our primary residence, and we have not researched any information about the value of our home, but I chose a low balance today to get some idea
All the information provided and not rate information
I didn't want any lenders to call me. I thought it was a system to give an idea of what I could possibly get from my equity.
Don't like giving address & email
Just city & state
It would be nice to see what savings are available without having to speak with 4 different companies.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
