The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not telling me real information. Just taking the personal info
Just looking for info, please no calls at this time
Well I did something like this but it would not work
Good ol' bait and switch. Advertise a 3.75% rate and then say lenders will contact me with their best rate. That was lame.
The home we're in now I want to turn into rental property the home I'm wanting to buy $41,000
I just wanted to check rates. That's all. I didn't want people to contact me.
So far nothing has happened. I need to know if I can get around 115 k and pay off my mortgage and bay a car
?
There are banks with 0 rates. I have you information and you provided nothing but names back
I hate filling out info when shopping for something, you don't need my info to quote rates and show me what is available. Stop the bull$#*!
Didn't give me any options. My credit was too bad.
Very easy to use. One suggestion, property value only goes to 400k… my place is worth 700k+.
I'm praying that you can help me with getting a house I'm willing to work on my credit
Very good! I would like my information without a phone call.
You didn't state that you were sending my info to multiple lenders up front. I don't want or need multiple lenders contacting me as I can choose reputable lenders which I already have contact. Therefore, cancel this request & take me off your mailing list immediately. Cleophus Sharp 08/20/22
Poor! Cant find no one that'll give us a loan in my home.
It would be nice to be able to get a quote online without having to speak to a rep. Or receive phone calls at all hours daddy and night. That's annoying
It has been an easy to follow instruction process. I'm just leary of it being a scam
Oh I wonder if somebody's going to get this message
I'm surprised you can be so positive with the little amount of information you have about me.
I think it is great this is the first time I have ever tried to mortgage my home thank you so much and God bless
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
