The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I'm not sure I haven't had a chance to get anything to come my way up
Don't have one yet, but going smoothly so far with the web experience.
Can't believe it's not charging me for any of these answers.
I just want to see my rates. I am already working with a mortgage lender.
Very pleasant. Information requested
Was straight-forward and did not make me feel "inadequate ".
Well find out when they call me but as far as the website it's very nice
Cherry called immediately and tried to connect me with a loan officer.
Do not send me lending callers that try to take advantage of us.
Typical bait and switch. I don't see a list of lenders WITH COMPARATIVE RATES as promised in the come-on.
It messes with your email too much when you try to put it in.
I would like to view rates without getting contacted
Don't tell me I can see if I qualify in 2 minutes that's a lie. Now I will get hammered with calls from all these lenders. It's very manipulative to work this way. I will certainly warn anyone I can about this.
I don't like giving out my phone number because they will blow up my phone when all I wanted was some information on loans I am not ready to commit yet
My husband bought a home to move his mistress in
The home. I am the wife &
I am handicapped.
Ive learned not to trust every lender out there and tonteub not to take a loan unless absolutely needed
Good and interesting. Wanting to see if I get a lower interest rate.
So far it has been easy and hopefully will get a positive result.

It is way too early to determine the quality of this service.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
