The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Timed out three times. Gave me some Bull $#*! about server error but they will call. They always call. You never get a quote on line. Complete waste of my time. Do not call me and do not forward my info to any lenders. You suck.
I do not like putting out this info on the web---don't know why I did it this time.
I would have preferred not giving my phone number but would have preferred the option to contact them. Before I could complete the inquiry, my phone was ringing!
I do don't have any but I'm concerned about my information being smeared all over the dark web
Really don't know at this time since I am just looking into this
The advertisement was misleading as it said I'd have immediate results not that I'd get numerous calls and emails from other companies I'm not happy
So far so good. No mortgage on our home, it's paid in full.
Please know someone hacked my email and credit card info do not use my social security number email or phone number
Hoping I do not get a million calls, texts and/or emails.
Seems My need will probably be met; now I am waiting.
It was good until I got notice that i'll get calls. I didn't want calls at this time. I'd appreciate other options for being contacted. I won't answer my phone unless I recognize the number. I may now need to change my number.
Not giving me any real information as to if I qualify or what my payments would possibly be.
I have no clue how much the interest rate or my pay off is
We have no direct experience with LoanDepot. Our irrltation lies with the unforgiviing structure o. F the website itself. Otherwise, fine thus far.
It's just that we have to input our phone number and a email address so we are going to get bombed by so many phone calls that's is why are rate you so low
Have yet to deal with anyone just filed out information
It said see how much you can get. Instead it sends you to all of these companies. That's bs
I've had three strokes which is rendered my left side plastic I can't use my legs I can't use my arms so I'm looking to see what you guys be able to do for me
Some time your landing page took off before I could respond. Look like I agreed but I didn't.
Results didn't give me anything useful just feels like I was duped into allowing you to sell me off as a lead, rather than give me the information I came looking for which was rates I could expect to reasonably get with septic lenders. Useless site!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
