The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It was very fast and quick. I thought it was more involve than this.
Not showing any rates but just spam mails Not what I expected
You advertised some rates but won't give any further info until I speak to you by phone. That's a waste of my time
I don't I have never used you so far it's been good and I am just trying to get a loan for my home I own outright if you guys could help me it would be a blessing I heard other people used you guys and y'all were good and all I want to know if you guys are able to help me before.
I came here to get rate information and it's buried in multiple pages of information asking for my email and phone number. This is a big put off.
I thought I would see actual offers instead of my phone ringing off the hook
Good people they will help you anyway they can they help someone that I know he said they would help you anyway they could.
Very good experience in getting answers back with information needed
I wanted online quotes. I don't want to speak with anyone yet. Annoyed with the constant calls that could be online research.
I dont just want a list of companies who are going to be calling me constantly. I want a company to respond that can help. I want to see rates. I want to see a plan. Everything I want to see has not been included in your canned response
I want results, not a bunch of phone calls that will result in some company trying to sell something
Good fast, prompt, I like getting fast answers. Please give me a call
I will not answer phone calls- let them email and put it in writing.
Don't accept phone calls I don't recognize- don't like my number being sent until I know through email who they are.
Sounds good so far. I will need to do more research to make sure this site is safe.
It has been excellent! You have provided me with some great information.
Undecided depends on if I get any help with my home. Then I will rate this
No reason giving why I contacted just looking for info on how much the rate and terms
It's going good so far trying something out for the first time
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
