The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't want lenders calling. Your ad said I could get a quote via email. No phone calls please.
Your ad was a lie. I do not want anyone calling me
Will I understand a little of what ur talking about. Sorry. Verygood. Good person thanks. Need a car to.
Glad to be taken seriously considering past poor decisions
I am happy that you have applications that can be done online.
I JUST need one person to tell me what i want to know. I wasnt even done and you people are like vultures. I DONT deal with vultures. Dont contact me.
I thought I would be able to see how much I would receive for refinancing my home but that didn't happen. Now I guess I will have Linda's calling me all day everyday. Bummer
Haven't really had an experience I just got it I just got online
Okay so far, but there is no info on the usual loops that may be necessary to qualify such as, needing an appraisal, or will a manufactured home qualify.
Good so far seems like it's pretty smooth sailing so far
It's ok I have to talk to someone to really give a right experience
Wonderful experience so far and hope to get a lender that will work with us
I am just looking for a good company to do a good place to do business with that's why I am here
I have a hav a credit card I would like to add to any business I have with you is that ok
Doesn't let you go back, also some of the questions won't let you be honest
I'm hopeful that this will assist me in getting back on track. I had a signicant medical problem that took several months to resolve. I'm now looking forward to getting back in tract!
So far so good, I appreciate this opportunity thank U so much
Why won't it let the how much owed go to $0, because I own my home free and clear.
It's ok not anything different from other applications
Your ad is soooo misleading. Would never have responded if I realized you were a referral agent for other lenders. I have already done my due diligence on your lenders u sent. Thought you were a Lending Agent I had not discovered. All u r is a referral for lenders sites. Already checked EACH lender u referred. What a waste of my time. Wasting more time w this feedback. But I need to vent to the source.
I fill out form that says it will show rates after filling out form I do not get to see rates. This is just fishing for my info. Now I will be over ran by calls and spam. Why can't we have honest advertising. Scam
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
