The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I trust no one. How do I know if I will not lose the whole house. Our credit is only 570
Don't like to use phone would rather communicate by email or text
I barely finished this survey then calls and texts came through.
I filled out the form and at the end no result, so don't waste your time on this.
It would be ok to get a small loan on my house to do repairs I own my place
Promises "immediate results" then asks for contact info do companies call you with their offers
Great response to your questions and answers for them also
Kinda funny when you have never done anything like this before and I probably won't be doing it again
I absolutely hate cold calls and even more can't stand these companies that make people give out phone numbers in order to get information.
Saving money is MY goal with these options you have offered that is a possibility! Thank you
Very easy didn't take long at all next day I was all set
We take care of our business we are very dependable with our commitment's! I code this one as it was the one that popped up! Chose it because it popped up first!
Eon't like receiving phone calls from lenders BEFORE I complete looking at your app and entering information.
Easy, but I'm always uncomfortable giving out personal information. I'm also weary/careful about dealing with companies and people I don't know for such a big decision
Excellent. Immediate response to my inquiry of a Home Equity line of credit.
Steven explained clearly my options, has just finished emailing more relevent information…. He's knowledgeable and professional. I will be definitely be in tough with him again.
Steven
You people are $#*!ing idiots to think that i would want to refinance my current mortgage at 2.25% and pay 7% for a new loan.
The loan officer has been helpful and answered all my questions.
You should provide information without needing to call
Same lenders. Same carrot. Cannot get close to amount of cash out implied by Lendgo.
I didn't want results in my email, I wanted it at the end of this
I do not appreciate giving my information expecting to see an actual dollar amount of how much I can qualify for and then being told that I must agree to allow all my data to be shared when I'm told earlier on that my privacy is important and there will be no spam. Sharing my data with so many people and then allowing them to share with 3rd parties is not right and I think I will report it for falsely advertising and then not producing any real results except that I am now told that I have been matched with lenders so apparently doing this online is useless because I now have to actually talk to a live person when they call me.
Once this website ask for all your info, there is no results which will result in getting bombarded with bunch of unwanted calls and emails... :(
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
