The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You should leave the information online not have to call the person. The person should be able to call you! Unhappy
This is a led generation system, just wanted information
Not sure since I'm lacking the specific information.
Iris a learning experience. I have never none this before
Experience good but did not want to provide phone number.
It says see how much your home is worth and it's just to sell your information to possible lenders very misleading
You farmed my info and then let me have down gently with a bs story that your system doesn't recognize my information. It's probably because I have a 2ndary phone number I give so I won't be overwhelmed by continual sales calls. It's a legit number and my credit was hit due to a situation where a company didn't handle the policy termination correctly then for $190.00 I was collected on yet never 1x did a collection notice reach me. I attempted to pay the bill the first and only time it ever came.my credit was in the 700 now it's crushed and they are at fault it turns out bad for me. I s as LUDO had s bankruptcy in 2016 over 6 years ago and I believe your company will never contact me due to poor credit and a bankruptcy

Only took a couple minutes but won't know until loan companies call how beneficial those minutes really were.
I should see the lenders and rates once I fill the details
So far, painless! Hoping remainder of process will be equally stress-free.
I just filled out the application so far I haven't heard anything from anybody yet
Well so far it's been pretty straight no running around yet but what I read the panel supposed to be free is that true yes or no
Wants valid email address. This is correct one. And only one I use.
It was fair but advertisement said you can borrow without using a bank
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
