The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Just want to know equity as advertised - not all this other stuff
Don't ask for my email and phone number without even showing the rates of the potential lenders. I don't want to be contacted by firms that potentially have high rates. I want to see what they have to offer before contact is made.
Unbelievably user friendly, easy to apply, knowledgeable
Sometimes people don't need someone to contact them and would like to just look around without getting a call.
I get all done and have not even a bracket which tells me my phone will be lit up with 25+ calls from jackleg people who can't afford a 1BR apt, let alone the +\~ of refinance in the first place. I am asking that you delete my info and move on.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
