It has been smooth and easy filling out the application

The promise of a rate failed, 100%. All that's happened is my information was propagated to a bunch of lenders who'll now stalk me with products and exorbitantly ridiculous offers. All I wanted was to see this advertised ~2% offer. I got nothing from this site in real time.
Would have liked to view the lenders before taking the quick rating survey.
I'll have to wait for the outcome, however the process to begin with was quick. Now it is up to the lenders they refer me to.
