The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

My experience about your is great thanks to you all
The entire experience was a clickbait. Flashy rates to get me to go through the process but nothing to show at the end of it!
Utter waste of time.
I hope I match the best profile and I hope you match my expectations
You must list interest rates after filing all info and not give links to more bank websites which I couldn't done myself. This is a fake service designed to collect my info and I'm already getting flooded with spams
You are so nice to have a friend that is not a good person but I love you anyway I hope you have a good night
I wish we would get approved for a loan for christmas for buying a house im hoping we chose right
Deceiving. I thought you were going to be the only company. I hate to be bombarded by lenders.
You take my info then bombard me with bull $#*! calls and emails. Not cool. You don't need my name or number to match me with a lender. Lol and there was only one.
It was about to show me interest rate estimates but gave me a list of lenders to Inquiry further. I wanted a quick estimate not this long process. It was'nt a 2 minute process
My credit is not too good but this would catch me up on my bills where i can afford to pay on the refi thx anyway bye!
Quick. Would like to see more info via email rather than getting a phone call even before I log off this site — it's intimidating and feels unsafe when that happens
Hate having to provide email and phone number without seeing your rates first
Very easy, needs no explaining, the font size is wonderful. An overall joy to make & asking of the questions not overly personal. Thank You
Don't like that someone is going to call why didnt you mention that off the get go? Send me the results by email
Please text me back at this number *******266. I'm deaf and can't hear on the phone please text me.
Receiving multiple calls within seconds of sending a message makes me more hesitant trying to get info from companies like yours that contact you without stopping.
Just wanted an idea of what I would be paying not set up with agents.
You never have the numbers for me like you say I have to go thru all of this every time
It say find out what your home is worth... That didn't happen. Didn't get a duck estimate...in steed you mislead me and the only that popped up is the $#*!ing lending company... What of fraudulent $#*! you running..
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
