The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Selection of value isn't divided up or low enough for some. Why is it mandatory to give phone # when an email has been supplied?
Great - each step is clearly explained, therefore easier to understand.
My home is in the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, you don't extend this offer here. That is so unfair, because we are a part of the U.S.
Same old crap, referring to the big three lenders. Nothing new or low here
Wanted free quote with out phone contact because then I get all scam calls
This was east so far but I would have preferred information on how this works regarding choosing lenders and to have seen your list in advance of calls.
Want to see rates before having a phone conversation.
All calls are recorded. To much personal information to be recorded to be given over the phone.
Wow that was fast. I had just imput my phone number and the phone rang in seconds...
They call so quickly even while I am at work. Would be great if the questions asked for a good time to call.
The first time you have a problem is if you're going through something and you're trying something and you're going to get a problem then you're not gonna get a solution because you're going through a lot and you're going to have a bad relationship.
Just wanted to see this. Not ready for phone calls as yet. Looking at various types of options. Collecting data.
Have no mortgage but with buyers not comfortable interested in cash out
You put me on a call list and I don't approve of that your ad is deceptive.
Concerned about relinquishing information for so many credit checks
Good I don't know much about this stuff and if it's real or fake but as a struggling single mother 20 years of my life. I hope it's not fake.
Everything is going well so far and I am happy about that.
I do not appreciate getting a phone call immediately after providing the number. I have alreay blocked Amerisave Mortgage. Civilized companies can leave a polite, consultative, message.
Far away move in California 2028 let me know ask first. Make sure. Say yes.
Not sure the programs are going to fit my needs, do not like providing my phone number to allow sales reps to badger me at will.
Experience seems easy, but I own my home, I owe nothing. This option was not offered.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
