The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I find extremely annoying to start
Receiving phone calls before having time to read published information regarding any loan program. You'll never get my business that way. I will decide when and if I will seek additional
Information from any lender.
So far so good let's take a look to see what's the interest

Not worth a damm i want to see rates not get sales calls from same old lenders that pay you to list them, how could you give estimated value before you even had my address
My phone number IS *******444. Your system will not accept that, because the last 4 numbers are all the same. That is the stupidest thing I have run into. So, I had to give a fake phone number to proceed.
I have had to use a friend's phone number! My phone number ends in 4444. You reject this as a viable number! This inconvenience is obnoxious and senseless, so fat as I can see. I am exposing my friend to whatever spam this inquiry generates. I nearly abandoned the inquiry because of it. Why do you impose this condition? My phone number is 530 328-4444. That's my true number. Please substitute it for the number I provided!
I did not know you were gonna sell my information to three other banks
False advertising. You sold my info without providing any.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
