The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Quick and easy
No silly questions, just requested the facts.
Wait till I finish whole refinance process then I can give a review rating
It says it will give the rate but it will hive your information to all lenders and will have annoying calls.
Represenative was kind curteous and helpful. She transferred me to a top Lending agent to go over what I had in mind, my options, and what I needed to get things rolling and make them happen. Mr Angel was very respectful, kind, curteous, and walked me through any questions or concerns I had at the time. I intend to proceed and get everything in order and contact Mr Angel in whom I have a strong sense will treat me fairly and accomidate my families needs to the best of his ability.
Respectfully,
M. Poe
I don't want many people CALLING ME. I want to see the rates I can get AS YOU STATED without going through a 1/2 dozen salemen!
Haven't talked to anyone yet because it is 10:25 pm EST. Hopefully can talk with folks on Monday, 6/6/22.
It said in minutes you can find out your home value for possible equity loan.
It didn't say you need to speak with anyone.
Was hoping to actually see rates. Site just trying to collect identifiers without providing any value.
Site doesn't supply any real information. Just shotguns contact information to lenders. Would give more than a one star if they at least showed the lenders rates so I would know who to avoid and who to speak with. Waste of my time.
Doesnt do what it says. Makes you wait until everyone has your number yo call you
So far, it's fairly simple. I don't need a bunch of people contacting at once. I mainly just need some information; in order to consider a possible re-model.
Totally misleading. I NEVER intended to sign up to receive tons of cold calls and emails. This read as if it were a calculator, not a SPAM funnel.
You questionnaire tells me nothing about available rates or terms; it merely gives my personal information to a bunch of lenders. That's a misrepresentation. Thanks for nothing.
No direct mortgage from any of the lenders, Evan if its not realistic
Still waiting for unwanted robo calls & constant attempts of contacting me. When I'm ready I will be in touch
Seems to be simple and straightforward we'll see what happens
I was just trying to research what you were offering. Is this like a HELOC? I only have one small source of income and I'm not ready to sell. I put in a fake phone number to avoid a massive increase in phone calls. How do I recind this info to stop lenders from contacting me? I'm not able to wade through all the options that are being presented to me.
I didn't any information to get some ideas if might be available without having folks contact me. I fear I've set something in motion that cause some unwanted harrasment
Looking for a buy out where I continue to stay in my home. But don't own the ground. Predijust don't you think?
You guys say rates as low as 4.3 but yet no leader you recommend says that their are any rates even close to thst.
It never told me nothing such as how would I get MD refinancing. I know LoanDepot is located in CA.
I do not want calls I don't need more spam! Give me the quote in writing or stop bothering me!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
