The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't want you sharing my information with lenders so they can blow up my phone, FALSE advertising on google, $#*! you
I received a call within seconds of submitting my inquiry. Extremely unprofessional. I anticipate I will receive thousands of calls over the next few months.
Before I finished entering data I had three phone calls come in. The first one could not match the advertised interest rate
I received a call before I could complete the inquiry. I don't care for that, I'm busy.
Would like to borrow equity in my house not refinance the whole amount
Simply done and questions were easily answered. Look forward to working with them.
It would be great if I could see an example of what my rates would look like before getting formally contacted by a lender. It helps to save time on a pointless conversation if it's not what I'm looking for
Didn't get estimate of value on home you promised.
Designed to get your info, but not showing/forget about comparing rates. Do not provide your infor online to this one.
Almost seems too good and I haven't even seen the interest rates yet.
I have not received an answer an may not get a loan beccause of my recent bankruptcy that I filed due to a non profit that you may iew on You tube by entering pull up from poverty Kenya. The application was simple and easy to fill out.
Tells me to fill out a form to see how much I qualify for... And then just gives me a list of finance companies... Irritating
They make you answer questions saying they'll match you with lenders. Then they tell you they can't at this time. But lenders will be calling you soon to see if they can help you. So all you are really doing is giving them your name, address, email & phone # to sell as a live lead to lenders which means within 24 hours you'll be contemplating changing your phone # due to the nonstop useless calls you'll be getting from every possible mortgage company under the sun.
I'm still learning and checking so not sure at this time!
Seem to be getting through your system with little trouble.
Wanted too much contact info. Not just providing info. Just wanted information, not to be contacted by potential lenders. Bad stuff.
You said you would give rates. You got my info and just referred me to someone else. Scam!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
