The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I have tried to inquire about refinancing options but normally, I am bombarded by a lot of phone calls immediately which makes me a nervous wreck. I retired a little over a year ago and one week after retiring, my significant other passed away of brain cancer. I have been tossing many things around trying to stabilize my plans for my future. I don't know if I want to stay here & refinance, sell & relocate to place with less upkeep, do a reverse mortgage, or just keep continuing to worry about it all. I need to get some guidance to help me determine the best way for me to be comfortable and content as I continue my journey to the "golden years" (better known as the "dark ages"). Lol.
I hate it when lenders start calling immediately. At least provide a couple of minutes.

It's bull$#*! you said that they would give me a number not I would have to talk to someone or wait to get a response so I filled out all your paperwork for not..
I like the fact, information is minimal and seems to have low impact on feelings of identity fraud.
We'll see how it goes from here. I hoping for the best
Fast and easy process to get in contact with lenders
It is true this really does only take a few minutes to do the online application.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
