The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

New to the site. Thats the reason for my rating. Staying neutral until more interaction
Need to know more about this before I have an experience…
No rates were shown. I want to see the lowest rates. I do not want lenders contacting me until I am ready.
You advertise one thing and when the information is completely filled out you switch the game. I Read if I filled out the information, I would be able to see my offers. Nothing about phone calls. That is why you didn't get my current phone number. Your people would call me at the most inopportune time. I don't need anyone to know I am refinancing my home. I know your people don't understand that they aren't necessarily most important in my life. This stated I will receive a call shortly. I don't want a phone call. I want to read the proposals and if I like what I see I can get in touch with you. Not the other way around.
I don't have any experience so far, it was me just putting info in. Let me answer this after I see what my experience really is! Thank you
Very supportive to me and understanding and patient
Easy and gratifying. I feel I'm sitting in my brand new home now
Your ad said you would let me know if I qualified for HARP assistance. That was a lie. All your site does is send information to lenders.
Total bul$#*!. Instead of rates provide list of lenders which will attack me with stupid calls
Thought this was a company offering mortgage refinance rates directly. Not a middle man that will contact other companies to get back to me at a later date. Waste of my time.
I'm not finished so I really can't give any update yet

I just started so my rating reflects that because it's too early in the process for a proper rating
Easy to use interface. Not a whole lot of distracting ads. Seems straight to point. I like that. No fuss, just straight forward!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
