The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Wanting to see what money I could get from equity in my home...Thought i was giving my information to get a quote, when in reality my information was forwarded to other companies who now will or will not contact me whenever suits them. Disappointed and I should have known better.
Was getting a phone call before I finished the form.
Well they didn't have no matches for me.Or asked for enough information
Very good it was so easy to find a home I want by the key west of Florida
Your website sucks. All I got was a ton of spam call when all I wanted to do was see some rates.
I just want to know a rate. You guys say that you can offer 4.9 rate. But all this site does is get my info and then sell it to another company. Which is very annoying. Not happy at all. And now im going to have a ton of people call. Pure crap
I dont like the fact that without any real concent my only option is to accept your terms and agreements to be reached out to up to 5 other groups. My main objection is the robo calls. Also it is unclear if each one of these groups is going to be running a credit check which would be detrimental to anyone credit score or if only lendgo will... it makes a big difference and if each one of these up to 5 groups run my credit report you will hear more from me!
Did not get property value after imputing address and mortgage amount.
Had an OK experience on this web site
You did not give me any rate info, you just listed companies that I could contact on my own
So far, very quick, and very simple = However, I'm waiting for the glitch because this is too easy.
I really happy and would like to see what I can safe in refinance.
My wife raked us over the coals, stealing last 2 years taxes and all child credits and she isnt bio mom leaving us with the consequences of credit woes and me and 3 kids left in the wind. Police want nothing to do with the 37,000 missing dollars and we get that end of the stick. We cant even get a quote and our home is all equipped for wheelchair with ceiling lift/track, extra wide hallways and doorways. Wasnt selling anyway, just curious, i get it, thanks anyway then.
I am looking so forward to finding a beautiful, nicer home to live in.
I don't like having to answer survey when I just got information about how your program works. I would have liked to have had the time to review it first and then be asked. But I was intrigued so trying it.
The only thing that I don't care about is the value of the property I have. I know that it is worth more than that 17,000 because I was offered that much for just the small lot.
Ok, want to pay off. It will be nice to use my house to cut down some of my dept.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
