The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Misleading! It said see how much you qualify for. I do not want these people relentlessly calling me
I'm expecting to see a list of rate and not have to wait for someone to call me. What is this?
Way too many personal questions in the beginning of the process
All of my questions were answered. I'm just looking into loans using our home as collaterals. Our home is paid in full.
We are thinking about getting a loan.
Don't really wamy to talk to anyone just yet.
Didn't do what you said it would do, so me lender's and rates. Do not want to talk to anyone on the phone!
I would be happy with Lendgo if I felt their screening process were more honest and if they were realistic I've worked with 2 lenders in past year told me since my credit is poor(due to bankruptcy NOT debt-loan ratio)I won't be approved. I'll change my rating AFTER I get a "no" since at this juncture a high rating means nothing I'm sick of 'overpromise/underdeliver' lenders. Lendgo sorry ya had to be Guinea pig
Answered all the questions, but nothing useful was provided - not a single interest rate for either a 15 or 30 yr mortgage, just links to other sites where I can do the same nonsense all over again
I do not need a bunch of calls. I should be able to get emails with quotes.
So far my experience has been good with this website.
Im expecting to see rates and then referred to fill an application
Calling my phone immediately and nobody there. Very irritating.

Verý good just got off the phone and I will be here for you to let me know how much I will getting
Why can I not see the offers before all the calls?!
I gave you all the information and you didn't give me any rates or any information.
You need to not waste people's time with this stuff! I don't want 30 spam phone calls a day for next two weeks from work at home loan brokers! I'd rather deal with email responses! I won't answer any calls from numbers I don't recognize!
Someone always calls me. You ask if I want to see how much I can get and then you want to call. No, thank you.
I want to see rates and compare among lenders. I don't like that the rates (even generally speaking) are hidden.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
