The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You bait me with a quote and then don't give me anything and insist someone contacts me by phone. $#*! tou rotten $#*! $#*! $#*!ing $#*!s
Well just like the majority of the others this mail advert is misleading as to say to find out within mins how much I can cash out to even say click this bar for your huge discount only to be told will be being contacted by a lender which now becomes a "zonk" where i'll exit out & never contact Lendgo ever again cuz if this was a lie my mind now registers this whole company is a lie
False advertisement! There is no quote given after completing the application.
Experience is fine but not wanting a lot of calls, regarding refinancing.
So far my experience has only involved providing information and receiving some information. It remains to be seen what the outcome will be.
Thank you for helping me and my wife to get ours credit line fixed.
I didn't even put the period at the end of my sentence and the phone rang.
Call tomorrow please. Time is 9pm Thank you.
You should advertise that you have to call someone for the info. Your ad leads one to believe if you enter your address and mortgage balance you'll get an estimate. Now you have my email and I'm sure I'll get inundated with solicitations. This is exactly why I usually just scroll right on by. Which I will do from now on
You purposefully made it sound like you would quote me the rates, but, instead you played a bait and scratch method of telling me you would have the potential lenders call me with quotes. No longer doing business with you.
I was just curious, I don't want to cash out refinance
I am just wanting information...my phone immediately started blowing up!
I was filling in my info through Lendgo and received a 4 calls BEFORE I completed this questionnaire, those calls I found to be too pushy. I would prefer those calls be received AFTER I finish completing said questionnaire.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
