The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far it seems really nice.hopefully you will give me a chance later when I go through this process and I wouldn't mine to share my whole experience with you guys...ok...thanks...Angel
I wanted to see the interest rates and not calling someone!
Super easy so far. The questions don't seem to allow for outright ownership. We paid for our in full about five years ago
Looking for mortgage not to be connected with 20 other companies I want nothing to do with. Ridiculous
I signed up with Lendgo, just to find out I have to sign up with the individual sites... lame. I expected better
I'm looking to borrow cash against a home that has no mortgage on it. The house is free and clear. The money is for air-conditioning heating painting and remodelindg with upgrades.
Taking my personal information including email & phone number in order to "unlock" loan rates, then not showing me the loan rates once I abide by your rules, is bad business.
Site says mortgages at 4.63%. Then doesn't even search rates but collects info to just link me to other mortgage companies. Total bait and switch
You offer a fictions rate ofv4.5% with no intentions on providing a quote. It's all about getting our phone number and email address so we can be bombarded with calls and emails. It's just a marketing strategy with no results for the actual customer who's honestly just looking for the advertised rate. SCAMMM!
I just wanted an idea of mortgage rates, not to have to call each lender. I could have done that myself
You very clearly just data mined me. You have no information available. You sold my info to mortgage companies.
So far things seem to be pretty easy and quickly done! I no longer got My information done and clicked simit and got a call that went smoothly! Should have a possible answer shortly whether or not I can get approved!
I didn't want to give up any of my information. I just wanted a flat number and I have to give up my phone number and address and all that I wasn't born last night. That's why I didn't give any of the correct information good luck
Why are you requesting a rating and I have not spoken to anyone yet
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
