I wasn't even done with my application and 5 calls came in in a matter of 2 minutes, they don't give people chance to finish.
Don't want an instant call, I want to see options online
I don't want a phone call, I"d like to see the rates displayed, that aren't a ridiculous teaser rate, so I can decide how to proceed. This effort with you feels like a scam.

Should have verifying identity' or some type of way to be able to verify someone's identity, instead of declining or ignoring the application. When a business tells me that I should be hearing from you in one business day but if I don't pretty much oh well. Not professional or courteous at all. Imagine how many potential clients you have lost from just that fluke in your pre application screening.
