I love how easy and fast it was to pre qualify to see if I would be able to get assistance in my situitation. I did not care though that I had to wait to receive a phone call to see what company I was best matched with. I would have liked to known what company would be calling and a little about what their services are.

I wanted to check available interest rates and lending options without sharing my phone number and personal details. You ask for those details and then say oh. We don't have any options right now. Then you sell our information to third parties who keep calling us non-stop. Absolutely disgusting practice.
