The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Entering email address was cumbersome.
Don't like being mislead that I would see the offers vs receiving a sales call.
Asking for email and phone before showing anything is unacceptable. Even after identifying info was entered no results were displayed. Absolutely terrible user experience. Display at least basic information up front and then allow customers to opt in for contact from lenders if they choose to do so.
I did not ask for a phone call! I will hang up if you bother me!for info
Ok, but you are giving me lenders I have worked with in the past or who i currently have my mortgage with now. This to me is not what I was looking for. I need to know if I can put all my debts into my home and still have some money to upgrade my home with new flooring, removal of interior walls to improve flow in house.
Good company help us out alot.
Ask em if they can help you
Best fan. TC
Call came through before I finished the questionnaire.
It's a trick. You say the rates will be revealed ad they are not.
Send me a lender and a rate. I could get this info from the newspaper. No calls. This is written notice. Anyone calls I'll report you.
I will need to borrow. Credit rating today is 802.15 yr fixed. I can deposit the full amount in a savings account. But I'd like to get a mortgage. Thanks
Great, but I don't think you can do anything. My rate on my house is 2.75, I will not refinance the 105,000. On my first.
Great, however I do not wish to refinance as I have such a low rate (2.75 %). I do wish to take 40-50 K from the house value. Thanks Bob
Have not had any experience with you yet! The stars are for your availability.
Good I know that this is helpful for me and I would like to get all the information
I' am currently trying to explore the owed overage monies and get the rightful people there overage monies for foreclosure and also for being forced off there property for unpaid taxes. I am just curious if this is a scam or real… that's all. Ty
Nothing serious, just eager to find out how the program works!
Still dont know if the 2 referrals deal with Mobile Homes,, even thou I checked off Mobile Home on the inital application. I think I know for a fact that neither of these lenders do Mobile Home loans,, even when what I have isnt a Mobile Home at all,, but rather a permanent structure on a waterfront lot that we own which also has a entire Concrete Block stucco dwelling added to the original "Moble Home" it is permanently ahchored to the ground we own,, the House will appraise at around $300K and we owe zero on it. NO mortgage,, plus we are totally debt free, No auto payments, no credit card balances and we have excellent 770-820. All we are looking for is $30.000 over as long a term as possible and at least half the funds will go towards Home Improvements.
You stated I would get an answer and with AI you should be able to not lie.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
