The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Have not completed any deals yet, so I don't know.
The website told me I could see rates, but when I provided my info, it showed me no rates, but told me mortgage companies would be contacting me. The old bait and switch.
It is good have just filled out my name and address.
It was very understanding and it has to write questions and I appreciate the offer
Ok I'm interested in borrowing against my mobile home for repair
The ad said privacy, but before I even finished my phone was ringing! Also, that call was from a lender I have previously dealt with and I know that they DO charge points and closing fees, etc. Therefore, the cost of refinancing is too great to save money.
I am renovating the house and need cash for that. I own a second house which I'm living in while my thornwood house is being renovated. I own that house with zero debt, though I have a home equity line with very high interest on that.

I just wanted to see rates. I didn't want a bunch of lenders contacting me.
Great resource for the market. Simple and quick to analyze my current investments and assisted in the connecting I needed for further investing in my community.
Well when I went to talk to someone, it went to an unsecured site.
I've never even heard of this place.
I'm going to be sure to spread the word about this and I'll be sure to use your name, Lendgo. Hahaha. Scamming people isn't cool at all. How do you even sleep?
I'm putting this all over social media...good luck. Karma will get you. Hahaha
Represent a quick estimate but as always it is finally taking multiple calls/ giving more personal info and a credit check by? Lenders—sad
Too early to give any real opinion... pretty easy so far.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
