The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Easy to put my info in but no response via my email
I'm not too sure how good it was, I just now got this far and I'm hoping I can get some money from owning my home, I could really use a chunk of change right now since my mom is having surgery on her heel of her right foot. We are scraping for cash at the moment to make up bill payments. But I'd like to thank y'all if I am allowed to get some money from owning my home. It would be a big help right now.
I had a very good experience on Facebook about getting a new loan
Rather have emails right now instead of calls with specifics. This was quick and easy. Just don't want to be bombarded with calls, but able to sort and then I will reach out.
No instant information don't want phone calls. Or emails

Infants games they're promoting who isn't going to apply?
Your site is deceptive. Instead of giving me a rate as you promised, this was just a gimmick to sell leads to other lenders. I'm not going to answer the phone nor look at any mail from you or them.
Don't like this bull$#*! of someone calling me...do what you advertise to do...remove me from any and all lists
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
