The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I am interested in your business, you may contact us by email.
I didn't want anybody to call me, I just need the request information
You guys are all the same. Never give the actual rates. Just suck people in so you can barrage them with your stinking phone calls and emails. That's why I never enter my real #.
What the heck? No explanation on interest nor terms of loan? U expect me to call each one of them?!?!
I dont want anyone calling me. I wanted info simple on qualifying.
Very easy not complicated. Waiting on results now. So pretty fast
This is first time I have used my equity, but so far ok.
I'm always maliciously force advertised with false hope and promises it's unfair and discriminatory, and it gets the fair credit reporting act and the equal housing opportunity and the FHA which y'all claim to be back by 500 is the credit score and I'm at 5:80
This company continues to maliciously solicit with false offers just to sell your information for profit
Because you said they would call me. Making up for not having any lenders right now.
I get these things all the time and last time it was a joke
Just a bit fearful of personal history of 'sounds great…….,,…,,then….,,, really very bad. So I just have to do some brain storming with others… I just need to be careful… so It is me, the info you gave seemed okay…

Seems painless. Have yet to talk to any representatives with real offers so far. Promising.
Bate and switch, I wanted to see rates, I don't want to talk to anyone. Should be upfront about that
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
