The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Email quotes. Phone calls repeatedly are ridiculous. Out it in writing.
I was expecting concrete numbers, rates, offers, based on the information I provided. I was not expecting, and that was stupid of me I guess, for you to just let me know that some lenders will call me. I can tell you already that I will not take their call. I did not do this to be harassed by X lenders to whom you sold my info but to get concrete information about what I could expect. At the end of this "experience", I have no info and you have provided no service.
I want to see lenders/rates. This was a big waste of time. Now I have to prepare myself for thousands of emails and phone calls. I regret that I used this site.
Still thinking to pay off or use cash for better investments.
You're misleading people. You give the impression that there will be information regarding payments and interest rate but it requires the more than was suggested at the beginning.
Just looking for information. But as soon as I give my number...I get dozens of calls immediately.
Little mis leading. I want to know what the interest rate is and how much I could get by refinancing.
Also what my payments would approximate be on 15 year and 30 year loan. I DO NOT WANT A BUNCH OF PHONE CALLS.
I thought I'd get at least get a rate, turned out you are only collecting my personal information. Please delete my PI from your system right away
Just want your phone number to blow up with calls stupid
I wanted to know rates I don't want anyone contacting me.
I do not appreciate you insisting on my private phone number so you just got a phony one.I will speak to my bank, the best in the world, Discover.Bank
I don't like giving my phone number. Invariably, it leads to dozens of unwanted calls. I just want some preliminary information to decide if I want to explore further. Leave it up to me if I want to contact someone.
Didn't display any rates, just a scam to send your information to lenders so they can call you.
I had trouble with the phone number. I tried to erase the number and it didn't work. So I put my phone number in and it worked.
Amazing how simple and quick this process is. I recommend it to any and all Homeowners.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
