The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

What I am looking for is a $15,000-$20,000 2nd lien on the house to pay off some credit card debt. I am not considering a refinance. I was planning on getting a job, but my hip went out and sitting at a desk all day makes my toes and feet puffy. If a lien is not possible, I will take it off the table and look for a lower paying job where I can be on my feet.
I am not looking to refinance, but would like to look into a reverse mortgage to pay off credit card debt.
Thanks for helping me sort out my options
I dont want a call, i wanna see rates based on my credit score. Estimates based on multiple credit scores would be fine. Please email them. We don't answer that phone- ever.
They are quick and make us feel hopeful.
Mr. Herrera
I hate the calls. The site should do what it says not have 4-8 people or loan office calling you back to back.
I hate these sites..
Lovely just trying to get an estimated guess on the cost
I have no experience so far. However, filling out the form was very simple.
Never gives info as promised. Always have to wait for solicitor to call you
I came into wanting to buy a house blind but the little while I spent on here has just made me learn a lot and open my eyes to thinking it is possible
If your system has to make customersanswer the same questions repeatedly then don't bother bother I don't want you to waste my time!
I did not realize that I would need to give my phone number. I thought Lendgo was the company and not that you would be setting me up to get calls from lenders. Then, you did not even show any lenders.
Well I found my book and I'm going to read some of it to figure out how to do that
You lied. He said he would send me a list of lenders no list only a bunch of phone calls. I just hate you big fat liar's.
I need to see potential rates rather than waste more time
Complete waste of time - You guys take all the information and provide pathetic response which is useless.
The advertisement is not very honest about giving instant quotes like it stated before entering my info
Seems promising, this far... we'll have to see what's to come.
So far so good I'd rather speak with someone in the morning cuz it's getting kind of late. And I have a couple of appointments in the morning forward to speaking with you folks thank you.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
