The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I would a more positive and truthful answer I got bombarded with calls I'm sure it's good for those who have very good credit
No rates came up on the page after submitting all the requested info. Istead they ask for a phone number to spam u with phone calls. Not what i expected. I expected rates on a web page after i gave u the info u requested. Fail!
Really don't like third party situations when dealing with private issues
Thought I would get answer on internet and not be hassled with 100's of calls
Filling in my personal information is not much. You're going to have to impress me just a little bit more.
Rate my experience with what? Previous employment or other work history? My credit score is poor due to lack of False reporting. I refuse to pay for junk product or things that I did not order from Publisher clearing house.
There were no rates to view. This is not right, you gave out my information without my permission.
My experience has been wonderful. The lenders were very courteous and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and I plan to continue to stay in contact with them.
I'm just new to this and so far you've given me only one lender to inquire about. With over $300,000 in equity, don't I have much better chances of getting money?
Well, it's hard to say because it's first experience.
You didn't give me a list. Just said I will be called. I wanted to see a list and compare.
It was quick and I think we want my bad credit I might be able to make something happen
Misleading…. Want to see rates, not get phone calls
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
