All looks good but I have a question about this. My house is paid off and a few people I have spoken too claim they can't loan because I don't have a home loan and my house is paid off. Which really makes no sense to me because it's all free and clear collateral for a loan for less than half the value of my home.
You cannot show me my lenders at this time? Why would this be?
It gave me the impression I would know right away. But seems it one of those things that they get your information, but can't help.
Its been quick and easy except one thing. It didn't give you the opportunity to take cash out of your equity of your home unless you owed something on it I don't understand that.
