The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Seems a dream to be able to get money to fix my trailer
Doesn't tell you anything about a new loan. Just passed you on to a lender
I was talked to by two different women and only wanted general information which was very hard to obtain and I didn't want to start an application so it was a challenge. Not pleased at all. I also started receiving calls from others as well. I didn't want to be bombarded with calls.

I did not want multiple calls! I wanted an answer on this site.
No one wants to fill out a bunch of information to have it sold to third parties. Provide some actual valuable information on your site. Being able to see lenders, rates, etc and choose who you want to work with rather than being bombarded by phone calls is most people's preference I'm sure

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
