The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You haven't did anything for me yet. So I can't rate you yet
I didn't see the rate at the end. Hate to have someone contacted me
It's not a problem but not truthfully a lot of help looks like y'all help the rich
Big money rules and poor man suffers don't mater weather facts or fiction
So far it's been a breeze. Hope that you can actually help.
It's too early to give a accurate rating. Ill rate again after I know more about what's going on.
It's late so I'm looking forward to talking with you about this opportunity tomorrow
Your statement that you are genius is shamelessly pompous
Good I have not heard of this before. I did not know it existed.
I expected an answer that you can't help or a list of lenders. I'm applying for government assistance so my situation is dire. I don't need sales calls I need honest information so I don't lose my home
Collected info but just listed other mortgage companies with no rates after that. Useless.
Did not need to talk to anyone just needed estimates
I can't give you an overall experience because I haven't done anything with these people yet IF at all
I didn't want to be called and it wasn't clear that was going to be the case. And I 100% guarantee your advertisement of 4.75% is a complete lie to trick people into clicking and falling for this.
Good m
If you like talking to computers it was good
Great app and gets right to point asking questions
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
