The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Sucks $#*!. I need a base rate for high level financial decision and this doesn't provide any options
I'm recently widowed and my income has decreased severely. I have a 19 year old starting her Sophomore year of college. I'm completely disabled. I died in 2021and a second time in 2021. I'm desperate to get my life in order and raise my daughter and grandkids.
My broker would not apply the first time homeowners assistance. I had already been approved for,Nordic she apply the down payment assistance that I had already got approved for or closing cost assistance. I am disabled and on a fixed income. She waits until right before closing and I find out that she didn't do any of it. I had to move from where I was staying so I was going to be put on the streets with my grand baby. SO I had to find at last moment all this other money to be able to get my home.I had repetly asked her uf she did this and she assured me yes I got you all discount. All she did was get me points. So after that I'm in a lot more debt that I wouldn't have been and still.am. I'm an extra $200.00 out my $ 1100.00 check a month. I wouldn't try to buy a house wit my income if I knew that she wasn't going to do it right. All she had to do was the paperwork. I had found my house, had gotten the seller to drop yhe price by $ 10,000. Dollars and was good to go, also my fico score for all three credit report was 777 with all three. Now you tell me if I'm in the wrong. I was 66 yo buying my first house and with all the seniors program out and all she did is make my life a whole lot harder. No I'm not happy with them and I have everyone after this experience not to go there.
Great talk around town. Said my husband and I should check it out so we did.
Quick and easy but we will see how it all pans out.
Typical non-human attention offered, yet light years improvement over non-discernible foreign accents, which fool no-one.
I was toldThere would be no phone calls. Before I even finished your questions I got three calls. Delete my information and don't ever call me again
I'm very happy with the service I'm receiving. Thank you
I've not been in a situation where I have been through enough with your company for me to know anything about it ye6,ask me again after I finish, but so far I have not been able to see if what you have to offer me.
Not so good. Checking options for potential reverse mortgages so this may not become a possible option. At the moment I can't talk but saw this option.
I was actually expecting an estimated number of a cash out qualified amount along with an estimated low interest rate I'm not in interested in calling these lenders I was actually looking for some estimated hard numbers before moving forward
You just passed my warm.lead to sales?
Where are my deals
You are scammers. You're advertising rates that none of your partners offer, simply to harvest personal data
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
