The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I completed the first step by providing the necessary information. It would only be fair to rate the site at the completion of the process.

It's too early to give an opinion.
Thanks

It has been easy can't wait to see how much I qualify for.
Well I continue to receive emails, there's no option to click if you already own your home with no financing on it. Just refinancing options, or buying a home. Our situation is we already own and want to look for a home improvement loan.
I just want to see if I qualify for refinance program

I'm needing money to make major repairs on roof. And I don't need $80,000 to do it! I have paid off the mortgage several yrs ago! My son, who is on SS Disability, lives in one of the apartments.
The house has a flat roof about 15 ft square that was reroofed 20 or 25 yrs ago and recently 1/2 of the rubber like roofing material that had been put on, came off. I need cash to pay to replace the material that is on that flat surface. The rest of the house is in good condition except for some windows that were broken by homeless people trying to get in! We have boarded the windows until we can do some repair work and rent the other 2 bedroom apartment. I have just moved to a Senior Citizens retirement community. I just need to get this repaired before it rains a lot!
I was not wwasntingg a dozen phone calls which started before I completed this inquiry!
Misrepresentation on receiving information in minutes. Assumed it would be on line for me to contact Leander's. Not to be set up for all the calls that will be coming into my phone.
I was surprised when this message came up. I do want to sell my Mobil Home and move to Kentucky.

I prefer to complete the entire form and get all the details before rating this. As yet I have no information as to what you can do for me. What you're fees are, how much this will cost me out of pocket, what the interest on the loan is, and can I get a fixed rate.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
