The process is simple enough; however, it indicates I would see the lenders but when you get to the end, I didn't get to see any lenders, instead, I was told I should expect phone calls. Why not let me see the potential lenders and let me decide which ones I might want to do business with.

Well, to be honest, I wish the initial consult was a little more personable instead of cut and dry. Such as; I am on Social Security Disability but I need no special modifications to my home. The Federal Gov., has an abundance of grants and programs for 1st time home buyers (me) I am 58 years old widowed as well as losing my only son. My income is $1500 a month and If I moved out of this overpriced horrible apt.I'd have a mortgage payment every month without fail.
