The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Don't need anyone calling me just went to see what you could do for me, & if I see the benefits on my own I would call you myself. Thanks for nothing.
I thought this would tell me how much I qualify for. Notes I'm going to stays getting a bunch of calls. That's not what I expected.
You have most pleasant, not pushy, just a matter of fact.sometimes these people on line are not professional at all, like you. You'll go somewhere in life. Keep up the good work son. Your rewards will come.
The most obvious reason for this add is to get detailed information about the user..
The results for lenders are quite limited and don't exactly represent the statement which LendGo advertises about borrowing from oneself. I could have easily found the same lender list without using your tool so I'm not impressed. I do not want any phone calls from prospective lenders. I would prefer email data which I can review privately. The results included big name mortgage lenders which do not represent what I would call the best rates available or some alternative way of borrowing against our home at rates better than what the major mortgage institutions offer.
Fast and easy process, offers came in so quick I had to duck!
Misleading. This site says it will tell you how much equity I can get out of my house. And, it turns out to just be a refinance site.
Prayers that I don't get my phone blown up with calls
All this site did was refer me to companies I already knew about. Didn't provide any Interest rate #'s or potential loan info. Totally Sucks
Good direction.
Will call lender on my own when ready.
Not at that point just quite yet.
Thank. You for all you specifics questions that developed good information for me.
Thank You and Good Night.
I wish to communicate by text messages only. To the phone number submitted.
We will discuss with wife and get back with a lender.
Don't know what am doing right now I is was no refundable line
I didn't want any calls from lenders. I just wanted information
The "results" showed absolutely nothing. Expect people paying you to add links.
The questions were not hard as I thought they would be.
The perception was so nice I felt like I had to keep going back to this place because I like the way she talked to me like the way she treated me she treated me with respect yeah I like his place here this is all right God bless you
I do not like that they say we will show you how much money you can get out for a refinance and then it's not shown but my phone gets blown up with mortgage companies trying to get my business. Why not just show what mortgage companies are offering and let me decide by looking at the numbers in front me who I want to go with.
I wish to do everything online. I don't want to talk to anyone.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
