The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Straight forward menu-driven questions…except for the fine print which discloses we don't get an answer Until we subject ourselves to a phone call/sales pitch.
This is merely a marketing ploy to generate leads— I don't want to talk to anybody, I just want to see the promises rates etc in writing!
Didn't show me rates, which is what I wanted- but received call immediately, which I didn't want..
I'm just checking on rates. Don't want any calls at this time.
I just want know by phone? No to answers to peoples? Thanks Gracias Grazie Mille. Alfonso Guida.
Cause it say you give give answer by give email then at the end some will call you
I would like to know what company name might be calling. The good news screen flashed so fast, then disappeared there was no way to read so fast! It would be nice to give contact information so I can call a lender, too often in this "scam risk" world we have, I will not give out personal information to just anyone calling because I have "trusted" in the past, and then been scammed & taken advantage of. If it's legit companies then give the information, otherwise how do I know if you aren't scamming me & my information—even with this!
Quick & painless. I like that they don't do a hard pull on my credit so it doesn't affect my credit
I dont like getting a ton of calls about other things like alleged car warrantys for vehicles I dont own etc. I will be swamped with calls now for the next several days & mostly scams!
Really easy site to use, problem is now I am going to get 50 calls wanting my personal information from their "partners" meaning they sold my info so I am going to start getting calls about "my car warranty is about to expire" (I don't have one bor do I want one for my 18 yo car I barely drive. Some calls are legit but some are scams!
I did not talk to my wife yet and you called already?
Very impersonal. Have many investment accounts and we could borrow against those investments at favorable rates, Yiu should explain in greater detail why your approach is genius, instead you ask questions about our assets and net worth, please explain the benefits of your program and why it is superior.in an emai, we do need a call. A written response is npreferable as we explore the way to go, Thank you
Not really have one yet just don't like talking to people

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
