The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I am just gathering information now I am not ready to purchase
I have a ow credit score. I recently lost my husband to lung cancer that metastasized to his brain very quickly. Within 4 weeks of being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer it had metastasized to his brain. With in 4 weeks it had spread to hi brain, the doctors thought he would have at least a year to live after his stage 4 cancer diagnosis. His doctor said he probably had 6 months to 1 year to live. Unfortunately after his stage 4 Diagnosis my husband's health declined quickly. -within 3-4 months the cancer had spread to his brain very quickly. I took him immediate to the hospitall. I thank god every day for him to go guickly. He passed4 weeks later. I'm glad he didn't suffer to long, he passed away very quickly. Thank god.
I just have not had luck trying to finance things properly
You did not tell me interest rate or loan terms-this was only a marketing ploy!
I know it's after business hours so please send offers & call tomorrow. Thank you.
I am not interested in getting sales calls. Your ad said you'd give rates. It didn't say I had to call or get calls. I just wanted some preliminary information. I don't need to be bombarded with calls and emails. Very not happy.
I have nothing to say about this but I'm going to be honest with you I'm happy to say that I'm happy with what I've been doing for now.
So far it's been pretty easy I hope it all works out
Too much personal info needed just to ask a question
I own my home looking to consolidate my bills need equity from my home
I own my 300 thousand dollar home paid cash for it looking to consolidate other loans about 20 thousand is needed
I was promised a quote. Instead I instantly started getting back-to-back calls from lenders, a list of phone numbers to call, but NO information that's useful from the web.
I will not do business with any lenders associated with this process. It's not a good look to start a relationship with a lie.
YOU TOTALLY SCAMMED US! I THOUGHT IT WOULD JUST GIVE US RATES. INSTEAD YOU GIVE US A LIST OF LENDERS AND THE ARE SPAMMING US WITH CALL AFTER CALL AND EMAIL AFTER EMAIL. I'M REPORTING YOU. YOU SAID YOU WOULDN'T DO THIS.
So far my experience have been ridiculous I keep getting sent to different lenders to put in all my information over and over again to tell me that y'all couldn't find it lender a scary putting in my information over and over for different companies and my address and my banking information when I have done it over and over could y'all at least give me a chance with a company y'all know will loan me not all that I need will need some at least some even if it's a start alone and I can prove myself that I can pay it back
I hadn't even finished my information, I just wanted to learn more about your program and I have multiple calls from you. It's really annoying.
I don't think I will be pursuing this any further
I would rather just get a interest rate not talk to 100 people.
You send phone numbers out immediately instead of giving me the option to call myself.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
