The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I was hoping for a quote without having to go thru the trouble of speaking with representatives. A quick review would allow me to find out if I am interested.

U r just like all the other bozos, with similar posts. U never tell what loan rates will be for the info provided. It's false advertising. All u offer is for 20 real estate people to nag me to death with their calls before I finish filling out the form.
So far all information has been taken well and awaiting final estimate of availability as well as % of refinancing
I'm confused. I only want info on this deal. Not sure this is the way I want to go.
Thank You for making the process simple, easy, and quick. Means a lot when people are facing situations, decisions, choices.
So for everything sounds good I have to give my honest opinion after everything is finish
Your advertisement would not give me quote with just name and address. You needed vital personal information that I did not feel comfortable giving. Ex. The minute I put in my phone number you called my cell phone.
Have enjoyed your information and looking forward to seeing what your information includes.
My opinion is that what you say is good and I want to continue and see if you and I can get together and get it done.
Good hopefully we can get together! I want 15 fixed rate on my account!
You collect data and then have people call me without my permission. I don''t answer unsolicited calls and changed my phone number immediately.
I haven't even finished filling out the forms before someone called me. No thanks
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
